CLEVELAND, OH – Paradigm Window Solutions, a portfolio investment of Cleveland based private equity firm CapitalWorks, LLC, announced today it has acquired the assets of Vista Window Company from a group of private investors led by entrepreneur Jim Pastore. Headquartered in Warren, Ohio, with a second location in Swainsboro, GA, Vista produces a full line of vinyl replacement windows and patio doors. It sells through a network of distribution partners and specialty remodelers in the Midwestern and Southeastern United States. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
In conjunction with the transaction, CapitalWorks appointed industry veteran and former Simonton Windows President, Mark Savan, as CEO of the combined entity. “Savan is a proven leader with deep expertise in building products and vinyl windows.
